Estate Planning

Without proper estate planning, you or your parents may be "volunteering" to pay more death taxes than you need to. We can show you a better way and at the same time protect you and your family in this time of financial uncertainty.

During the 2010-2012 period, the federal estate tax is expected to be revised in ways no one can predict, so we advise our clients to hope for the best, but plan for the worst.

Too often estate planning is viewed as something that happens "later in life."
Estate Planning Timeline

We encourage clients to view estate planning as a cycle that begins in early adulthood and is revisited, confirmed or renewed when major life milestones occur, from marriage and children to new business ventures and retirement. A good rule of thumb is that you should review your planning about as often as you trade in your car.

We can tailor your plan to minimize tax load, extend tax-free growth, and manage a variety of situations like special needs planning, asset protection, and much more.
